While I was driving around the other day, I saw a sign advertising a new spa for pregnant women. The day spa is called Baby Belly, I think, and they probably offer prenatal massage along with ultrasound imaging. Who knows, they probably also do 3-d ultrasounds and 4-d ultrasounds as well as some belly casting. If I ran a pregnancy spa, I'd definitely put those services (and pregnancy massages and pedicures) on my spa's maternity menu.

These concept salons with their custom body treatments, and hand and foot therapy, they make me smile.
